European Commission proposing unworkable Virtual ID-Card laws?

Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway have fired a salvo across the European Commission’s bows…

They have expressed their concern about the new Euro ‘Virtual ID Card’ regulations.  They are concerned about the complexity of the regulation and the increased administrative burden regarding the supervision of qualified trust service providers. Countries such as the UK would have to accept ID from foreign countries with lower security levels, they point out.
